Description

Sunday, February 11 at 2:00 p.m.

David Letterman once referred to chocolate as one of the 4 major food groups, probably because almost everybody loves it! Join the Library as we welcome Sara Drower for an evening exploring the history of chocolate. She’ll trace the path of chocolate from the bud to the bar, discuss chocolate’s Mayan and Aztec origins and cultural use, and follow chocolate’s path to Europe and the rest of the World.
