Finalizing Utility Billing Accounts

Be sure to contact the Utility Billing Department 630-594-1011 to set up a final reading if you are moving or selling your property. (Call us even if you do not have water services. We still have to terminate your account). Final read appointments are scheduled on first come first served basis, so please try to call us 7-14 days prior to the time of move or closing.

Appointment can be scheduled between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm Monday thru Friday, and 9:30 am on Saturday or Sunday (Saturday and Sunday appointments not available for locations with meter located in the crawlspace).
