The Bensenville Youth Services Coalition is a non-profit organization made up of diverse partners. The Coalition’s mission is to recognize, promote and develop youth by strengthening their connections with the community. Since the 1970’s, the Coalition has been committed to helping youth reach their full potential.

In 2014, the Coalition became concerned with the impact obesity and unhealthy living is having on youth and created its B-Well Initiative to empower youth and families to live a healthier lifestyle.

B-Well Bensenville: Building a Healthy Community, is a community-wide initiative whose goal is to encourage Bensenville’s young people and families to achieve healthier lifestyles by promoting the activities and resources available within our own community. This Initiative takes a prevention-driven approach to health, supporting policies and environmental changes that promote healthy eating and active living in neighborhoods, schools and workplaces.

Combining comprehensive strategies with common sense, B Well Bensenville is about putting families on the path to a healthy future for years to come. Our goal is to give parents helpful information to foster environments that support healthy choices. It is also the hope that B-Well Bensenville becomes the standard by which other villages and towns follow in order to make a difference in the health of their community.  Click the links on the upper left to view Coalition Members Initiatives!
