Village President Frank Soto is proud to announce the 1st Annual Bensenville Holiday Home and Business Decorating Contest will be held this season.

Gather all your holiday lights, reindeer, wreaths, and decorations, for a new Bensenville tradition is about to begin. Decorate the outside of your house and yard in the most festive and creative manner.

Nominate your home or business by emailing the property address, name, email or phone, and picture (if possible) to holidaycontest@bensenville.il.us. Submitted properties will be posted to the Village’s Facebook page.

Judging will be done by the Holiday Decorating Contest Committee. Awards will be given to the best decorated single family home both north and south of Irving Park Road, the best multi-family home, and the best business.

Nomination Period – Now Through December 25,2015

Winners will be announced at a February Village Board meeting and posted to the Village’s website at www.bensenville.il.us

1. Entry Applications must be received via email by 5pm on December 25th.
2. Contest is for exterior decorations only, including windows decorations visible from the exterior.
3. Participants agree to have photos of their decorated residence exterior posted on the town website and/or published in local media.
