Starting March 10, 2016, the traffic configuration will undergo a change along Irving Park Rd. This configuration is anticipated to remain active into the summer, weather permitting.

The traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction on IL-19 from Mason St to east of York Rd. A left turn lane will remain active from eastbound IL-19 to northbound York Rd as well as from westbound IL-19 to southbound York Rd. The lanes will be shifted along York Rd; however, two through lanes will be maintained in each direction on York Rd along with the designated left turn lanes at the intersection.
