[ARCHIVED] Immunizations & Physicals offered for District 2 Students

The VNA Mobile Health Clinic will be here August 9th and 10th to provide immunizations and physicals to Bensenville School District 2 students. The VNA will bring its mobile health van, a medical office on wheels. Please call between June 6th through August 5th to set up your 15 minute appointment.
