Village President DeSimone signed Executive Order 2020-04. This order permits outdoor dining in accordance with Governor Pritzker’s Phase 3 Reopening which went into effect on May 29, 2020. Restaurants will be required to submit an application prior to commencing outdoor dining. Village staff is working with local businesses to find creative solutions to support reopening, while adhering to the State’s guidelines, available at. The Village is taking a very proactive approach to minimize the spread of the Coronavirus to our constituents and employees.  Whenever possible, residents and businesses are encouraged to use no-contact options to conduct business by making use of our website (www.bensenville.il.us) , submitting requests and concern using our online report a concern system, or communicating with staff over the phone.  The main number for Village Hall is 630-766-8200. 

• Mail payments to 12 S Center St., Bensenville, IL 60106.
• Payments can be placed in the curbside drop box on the west side of the Village Hall at 12 S Center St., Bensenville.  Please make sure you provide your account number or other account identification information so that the payment can be applied to your account correctly.
• Payments can be made remotely through our website at www.bensenville.il.us using the ONLINE Payments link for most routine transactions.  
• Code Enforcement questions and concerns can also be entered on our website www.bensneville.il.us “Report a Concern” on the homepage.
• For those seeking permits from the Community Development Department, the vast majority of questions about permits can be addressed over the phone at 630-350-3413.
• The Village Board will meet for its regularly scheduled Board of Trustees meetings at Village Hall. Residents who wish to make public comment or have their name read into the record can do so by completing the online public comment form by 6pm the day of the meeting. Residents may watch the meeting on demand the following day in the Bensenville Media Center.
• In conjunction with other utilities in Illinois, the Village will not be terminating water service or penalizing customers who fall behind on water bill payments. The Village will work with residents and businesses during this difficult time.

• All door-to-door solicitation permits have been revoked by the Village.
