The Bensenville Community Foundation is registered once again to participate in the 2015 Giving DuPage Human Race on Saturday, April 25, 2015. This year 100% of your donation goes to the BCF as Giving DuPage is providing all donation processing costs at no charge to the participating not-for-profits. So please donate.

Last year we raised almost $600, and I'm hoping we do better this year, especially since we get all donated funds. We also get 50% of the race/walk registration fees. Please note that those go up $5 a month so, if you're planning to participate, sign up early. Another new feature--no charge for kids 14 or younger. The choices are a 5K run or a 2K fitness walk. Dogs are welcome on the walk, and Lily will be walking with me. Those of you who participated last year will remember that she's quite a pacesetter.

You do have to join athlete path to participate in the race, but you can tell them you don't want emails, etc., from them if that your preference. It's a different outfit than was used last year, and the registration process seems to work better.
