The Village of Bensenville will accept bids for “Edge II Rooftop Air Conditioning Units” the bids shall be sent to the Office of the Village Clerk located at 12 S. Center St., Bensenville, IL 60106.
The bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 AM on October 1ST, 2014 at the Bensenville Village Hall, 12 S. Center Street. The Bid must be in a sealed opaque envelope plainly marked Edge II Rooftop A/C Units – BID.

The Village Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
NO FAXED PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and award the contract to the proposal which is the best in the opinion of the Village.The award of a contract by the Village of Bensenville shall in no way be considered a binding contract and no such binding contract shall result until such time as a written contract has been executed by the proper authority of the Village of Bensenville and the other party to whom the contract has been awarded.
