Notice is hereby given that the Village of Bensenville will receive sealed Proposals up to Friday, April 17, 2015 @ 10:00 A.M.

Proposals must be received at the Village of Bensenville by the time and date specified. Proposals received after the specified time and date will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Proposer.
Proposal forms shall be sent to the Village of Bensenville, ATTN: Mehul T. Patel, in a sealed envelope marked "SEALED PROPOSAL for Topographic ALTA/ACSM Survey – 224 W Green St". The envelope shall be marked with the name of the project, date, and time set for receipt of Proposals.

All Proposals must be submitted on the forms supplied by the Village and signed by a proper official of the company submitting the Proposal. Telephone, email and fax Proposals will not be accepted.
By submitting this Proposal, the Proposer certifies under penalty of perjury that they have not acted in collusion with any other Proposer or potential Proposer.
