General Information
The VILLAGE OF BENSENVILLE is soliciting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit the Village’s financial statements for calendar years ending December 31, 2012, 2013, 2014.
Term of Engagement
A three-year contract is contemplated, subject to annual review, the satisfactory negotiation of terms (including a price acceptable to both the Village of Bensenville and the selected firm), and the concurrence of the Board of Trustees and the annual availability of an appropriation.

NO FAXED PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and award the contract to the proposal which is the best in the opinion of the Village.The award of a contract by the Village of Bensenville shall in no way be considered a binding contract and no such binding contract shall result until such time as a written contract has been executed by the proper authority of the Village of Bensenville and the other party to whom the contract has been awarded.
