Request For Proposal: Heavy Vehicle and Equipment Lease Financing RFP - 5 Year Lease with Option to Purchase
The Village of Bensenville is in the process of obtaining lease financing for the purchase of below listed vehicles and are inviting all interested parties to respond. We are interested in a lease term of 60 months with semi-annual payments.
Each response must include, in a clear and concise format the following items:
- A semi-annual payment amortization schedule based on 5 year lease period with funds to be available on or before May 15, 2016 and lease payments commencing no sooner than November 15, 2016.
- The total amount of interest and the lease financing factor “Interest rate” must be clearly indicated.
- A sample lease document.
- A provision in the lease providing for an option to purchase the vehicles and capital equipment items.
- A schedule of the amount of lease payment which shall be credited to the lease purchase option.
The equipment financing is sought for the below listed vehicles.
